The ZOORRO project will benefit from the synergy and complementary of the partners:
-"Olfactory Organ Formation-Biology" Partner 1 uses high-resolution imaging on zebrafish embryo and its genetics to characterise morphometric and transcriptomic parameters,
-"Data Science -Computational biology" Partner 2 processes biological data and develops new workflows and digital tools to analyse, visualize and integrate them, and
-"Mathematical Modelling" Partner 3 models olfactory organ formation and elaborates different possible scenarios to provide biologically hypotheses to be tested in order to get an integrated multimodal and holistic understanding of olfactory sensory organ formation.
